Reservations & Deposits
Reservations:
Reservations are necessary. Rates are for single or double occupancy. $10 for each additional person.
Payment:
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival date require a full deposit. Reservations made more than 15 days in advance of arrival date will be held with a 50% deposit. Balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
For stays 1-7 nights: Cancellations received 15 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $20 service fee (per apartment reserved). Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival date will be refunded if a substitute rental(s) is made covering the same dates, less the service fee(s).
For stays over 7 nights: Cancellations received 15 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a 10% service fee on the reservation cost. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be refunded if a substitute rental(s) is made covering the same dates, less a 10% service fee of the full deposit.
